Flow, in Jim Thorpe, has been one of our favorite restaurants since we first visited shortly after they opened a few years ago. Creative meals on an ever changing menu always left us looking forward to our next visit. Today's meal was bittersweet as we knew it would be our last. Tomorrow will be their last day of service. We will miss this restaurant and art gallery terribly... best of luck to all involved.
